Chris Monk Tapped As RVP For Cumulus/Saginaw & Flint

CUMULUS MEDIA has appointed CHRIS MONK as RVP for the company’s nine radio stations in SAGINAW and FLINT, MI. In this newly created position, MONK will also serve as Market Manager for the four-station cluster in SAGINAW and work with the team in FLINT to maximize regional opportunities. MONK will oversee Country WFBE, Urban AC WDZZ, Top 40 WWCK, AC WHNN, Talk WWCK-A, Classic Rock WILZ, Sports WTRX-A, Top 40 WIOG, and Active Rock WKQZ.

The appointment marks a return as MONK was formerly Market Manager for the stations from 2007-2012, under the previous ownership of CITADEL BROADCASTING. He rejoins the stations from ADAMS RADIO GROUP/FORT WAYNE, where he was VP/Market Manager.
