WEAVER said, "Celebrating BLACK HISTORY MONTH is like being on an archeological dig, there are always new items to add to the continuing stories for African Americans and minorities. It’s a balance between positive and negative; and there are more positives then some would lead you to believe.”

"The series begins with a look at 2 areas of the country once dubbed BLACK WALL STREET.  Both were prosperous in early 20th century AMERICA when circumstances for most African Americans were separate and not equal.’
