In a deal yet to appear in the FCC database, DANIEL DUMAN's CONVERGENT BROADCASTING II, LLC is selling Top 40 KKPN (PLANET 102.3)/ROCKPORT-CORPUS CHRISTI, TX; Classic Rock KPUS (CLASSIC ROCK 104.5)/GREGORY-CORPUS CHRISTI, TX; and Classic Hits KAJE (107.3 JAKE FM)/INGLESIDE-CORPUS CHRISTI, TX to BARRY MARKS' ICA RADIO LTD. for an undisclosed price.  KALIL AND CO. served as broker for the deal.

COMMUNICATIONS OF KENTUCKY, LLC for $32,000.  The buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Religion WSCW-A (1410 THE LIGHT)/SOUTH CHARLESTON, WV.  RADIO 74 has also closed on the sale of W296CU/GREENFIELD, IN (now W223CV/LEXINGTON, KY) to L.M. COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $32,000; the buyer is moving the translator to rebroadcast Sports WLXG-A/LEXINGTON, KY.

And RADIO TRAINING NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of W252BH/WASHINGTON, GA to LARGE TIME RADIO NETWORK LLC for $40,000.The buyer plans to move the translator to rebroadcast Sports WPCC-A/CLINTON, SC.

The Commission has also dismissed and denied the appeal by WILLIAM ZAWILA of the dismissal of his AVENAL EDUCATIONAL SERVICES and CENTRAL VALLEY EDUCATIONAL SERVICES as parties in the complicated case of construction permits, interlocking ownership, disputed representation, and attempted sales of five CENTRAL CALIFORNIA noncommercial stations -- KNGS/COALINGA, CA, KAAX/AVENAL, CA, KYAF/FIREBAUGH, CA, KZPE/FORD CITY, CA, and KZPO/LINDSAY, CA.
