TARGETSPOT has unveiled a new ad serving and analytics tool for digital audio services. TARGETSPOT Passport is a system that the company says "simplifies the workflow and opens new ways of monetizing the advertising inventory - with the simplest and seamless tools available to the industry today." The tool launched in beta in JANUARY.
