First Look Media Announces 'Missing Richard Simmons' Podcast

New Show

FIRST LOOK MEDIA has announced a new weekly podcast examining the unusual and sudden retraction of RICHARD SIMMONS from public activity.  "MISSING RICHARD SIMMONS," debuting FEBRUARY 15th, is hosted by former "THE DAILY SHOW" producer and SIMMONS friend DAN TABERSKI.  The release about the new show calls STITCHER the "exclusive launch partner" in the project and notes that STITCHER PREMIUM subscribers will get episodes 2 through 6 one week earlier than subscribers through other sources.

The show will revolve around TABERSKI's "personal search" for the celebrity fitness instructor, with the host touring the country to talk to fans, friends, and family for clues as to why SIMMONS left public life.  “I first walked into SIMMONS to witness the spectacle of it all, and man it did not disappoint," said TABERSKI. “He was hysterical, passionate, raunchy and bedazzled.... RICHARD built really intense relationships with thousands of people, and he ghosted them all. I think he's a superhero - and, as it turns out, a really complicated one."
