FCC To Consider Changes In City Of License, FM Allotment Procedures

On the agenda for FRIDAY's FCC Open Meeting is an item involving changes to the procedures for city of license and FM Table of Allotments changes. 

The Commission will consider streamlining the present application process for such changes as item number one of four items on the agenda, which also includes an item on whether to change wireless laws regarding the effects of communications towers on migratory birds.
