APD/morning personality NATE WEST assumed PD chores following RUSS WILLIAMS' move to URBAN RADIO BROADCASTING Country WLAY/FLORENCE-MUSCLE SHOALS, AL last JUNE (NET NEWS 6/24), but now WEST wants to relinquish his PD stripes to focus on mornings.
