Two Members Leaving Nielsen Holdings PLC Board

Board Changes

Two members are exiting the Board of Directors of NIELSEN HOLDINGS PLC.

Former Chairman and CEO DAVID L. CALHOUN has informed the company that he will not stand for re-election to the board at the MAY annual shareholders' meeting.  CALHOUN is also a member of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee.

Also, SACRAMENTO KINGS owner VIVEK RANADIVÉ is not standing for re-election to the board.  RANADIVÉ is a member of the Compensation Committee.

The SEC filing disclosing the moves said that neither man's decision to leave the board is because of any disagreement with the company.
