Kings Of Leon Wow Fans At iHeartRadio Theater In L.A.

KINGS OF LEON performed a set of songs from their new, chart-topping album, "Walls," as well as fan favorites such as "Use Somebody" and "Sex On Fire," at an exclusive concert at iHEARTRADIO THEATER in LOS ANGELES on JANUARY 30th. 

The band sat down with ANDY HARMS, APD/MD/on-air personality at iHEARTMEDIA Alternative KYSR (ALT 98.7)/LOS ANGELES for a chat.  Some of the highlights included:

• Their excitement over "Walls" being their first album to hit #1 in their 17-year career.  
•  Explained how they came to LOS ANGELES to record the album, which gave them the opportunity to bring their families to enjoy the SOCAL weather.
•  They worked with a new executive producer on this album, MARKUS DRAVS, who got the most out of them, according to CALEB, noting it was helpful to have someone there who isn’t as “close” to the music as they are, to give them tips that they would never have thought of.
• CALEB also told HARMS that having kids has changed the band for the better — their kids are all the same age and go to the same school so they spend a ton of time together.  
• HARMS relayed a fan question from TWITTER for CALEB, who revealed his signature dish in the kitch is mean, steak in particular.
• The band discussed the food festival that they started in NASHVILLE, THE MUSIC CITY FOOD + WINE FESTIVAL, which returns again this year.
