SALINE RIVER MEDIA, LLC is selling Sports KAFN-A (FOX SPORTS ARKANSAS)/BENTON, AR to MONTE and GENTRY TODD SPEARMAN's HIGH PLAINS RADIO NETWORK, LLC for $50,000. HIGH PLAINS is also buying Urban AC KDXE-A/NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR and K288EZ (HOT 105.5)/LITTLE ROCK, AR from N C COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $300,000.

In other filings with the FCC, PRAISE AND GLORY MINISTRIES is selling Gospel WITM-A/MARION, VA to BRISTOL BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC. for $2,000.

WALKER BROADCASTING & COMMUNICATIONS LTD. is selling Classic Country KJDL-A and K254CI (RAIDER COUNTRY 98.7)/LUBBOCK, TX to FLORES COMMUNICATIONS, LLC for $275,000.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for K202EJ/WELLSVILLE, UT due to interference issues.

And WRVM, INC. has closed on the sale of W225AV/IRONWOOD, MI and W236AS/PARK FALLS, WI to MID-WEST FAMILY BROADCASTING's MID-WEST MANAGEMENT INC. for $72,000.  The buyer plans to move the translators to rebroadcast Spanish Variety WLMV-A (LA MOVIDA)/MADISON and Sports WOZN-A (106.7FM/1670AM THE ZONE)/MADISON, respectively.

In CANADA, the CBC got belated approval of a reduction in power for CBAF-FM-14/SYDNEY, NS, which rebroadcasts ICI RADIO-CANADA PREMIERE affiliate CBAF-FM-5/HALIFAX.  The SYDNEY transmitter was replaced in 2013 but only now did the network submit an application noting that the change reduced power from 100,000 to 25,365 watts and the height increased from 122.5 to 122.8 meters, of which the CBC said it was unaware until recently/
