Switch In Traffic Providers Augurs Changes At WBBM/Chicago

ROBERTFEDER.COM is reporting that APRIL 1st has been set as the changeover date for the switch by CBS RADIO News-Talk WBBM-A-WCFS/CHICAGO from iHEARTMEDIA's TOTAL TRAFFIC NETWORK to CBS' own service with RADIATE MEDIA, USTN, and as a result, several familiar traffic and sports anchors may be out as of the changeover day, including 17-year veteran traffic voice BART SHORE.

Besides SHORE, FEDER notes that KRIS HABERMEHL, MIKE PRIES, BONNIE GREENE, GEORGE OFMAN, RICK GREGG, and DAVE KERNER are under contract with TOTAL TRAFFIC.  CBS is hiring traffic reporters to work with the new operation under KEVIN SCOTT.
