XM SATELLITE RADIO successfully launched its XM-4 satellite tonight (10/30) at 6:49p (ET). SEA LAUNCH had scrubbed the previous planned launch of XM-4 last THURSDAY (10/26) "due to off-nominal data from its automated launch support equipment" (NET NEWS 10/27).
