Entercom CFO Steve Fisher Sticking Around Just A Little Longer

ENTERCOM notified the SEC in a Form 8-K filing on TUESDAY (2/28) that EVP/CFO STEVE FISHER, whose last day with the company was supposed to be yesterday, will be staying on as CFO through APRIL 30th to help with the transition of the company through the merger with CBS RADIO. 

His contract has been extended through JANUARY 31, 2018 but he will be CFO only until APRIL 30th and will "provide transitional services to the Company" thereafter.

The extension pays FISHER a monthly salary of $55,344 for the first two months and $36,111 per month thereafter, to be adjusted up or down depending on services provided, plus a bonus of $650,000 in 2018 for services rendered during 2017 in lieu of his annual incentive bonus and equity compensation grant, and benefits.
