CARTER BROADCASTING CORP. is selling Religion-Spanish Tropical WRIB-A/PROVIDENCE to FAITH CHRISTIAN CENTER, INC. for $1.9 million. The deal gives FAITH its first station and leaves CARTER with stations in WORCESTER and SPRINGFIELD, MA.
