McCLURE BROADCASTING (DOROTHY MCCLURE with DEAN COPELAN/SUNTRUST BANK, handling the estate of the late CHARLES A. McCLURE) is selling Oldies WNSY/TALKING ROCK, GA to CHEROKEE BROADCASTING (also in the McCLURE family and headed by son CHARLES McCLURE JR.) for $1,482,979.86 paid via a three year promissory note with 3.53% interest.  CHEROKEE already owns Classic Country-Talk WCHK-A/CANTON in the ATLANTA suburbs.
