Devin Ruffner Set To Relocate To Philly

Q PRIME names DEVIN RUFFNER Northeast Regional Manager. RUFFNER spent the past five years working directly under EVP & GM West Coast WARREN CHRISTENSEN as "Special Ops" covering College and Specialty /Promotion Coordinator in the LOS ANGELES office.  Just make sure to call him "ROOF-NER" by the time he relocates to PHILADELPHIA in MAY.  He succeeds MICHAEL FANG, who resigned in JANUARY (NET NEWS 1/25).
