BONNEVILLE INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION is selling Gospel KMVP-A (GOSPEL 860)/PHOENIX to FARMWORKER EDUCATIONAL NETWORK, INC. for $800,000.  The station is currently being operated by HENRI-DELTA CO. LLC under an LMA that commenced JULY 12, 2010 and expired on DECEMBER 21. 2012 and can be terminated at any time.  KALIL AND CO. served as broker for the deal.

In other filings with the FCC, RICHARD GREENE's CULVER COMMUNICATIONS II, INC. is selling Adult Standards WECK-A and W275BB (TIMELESS WECK)/CHEEKTOWAGA-BUFFALO to WILLIAM J. OSTRANDER 's RADIO ONE BUFFALO, LLC for $550,000.

CACTUS COMMUNICATIONS, LLC is selling Variety KKAY-A/WHITE CASTLE, LA to LIBERTY IN CHRIST JESUS MINISTRY for $182,000 under a time brokerage agreement and sale agreement from JANUARY 7, 2014.
