GEORGIA EAGLE MEDIA, INC. is selling News-Talk WNNG-F (THE PATRIOT)/UNADILLA, GA to AUGUSTA RADIO FELLOWSHIP INSTITUTE for no less than $313,000 less a charitable contribution in return of $263,000 to the buyer for the license and miscellaneous equipment.

In other filings with the FCC, WTIS-AM, INC. is selling Silent WTIS-A/TAMPA and W266CW/ST. PETERSBURG, FL to GEORGE ARROYO's Q-BROADCASTING CORPORATION, INC. for $175,000.

KGXY FM has applied for a Silent STA for low-power FM KGXY-LP/MUIR BEACH, CA due to extreme weather conditions that caused its antenna support structure to fall.
