NEXTMEDIA Alternative WSFM (SURF 98.3)/WILMINGTON, NC welcomes SPANKY (aka PETE DUBUC) for nights, effective NOVEMBER 6th. SPANKY was last doing middays at CITADEL Alternative WCYY/PORTLAND, ME. He replaces DAVE TRIPP, who moved to sister Active Rock WXQR/NEW BERN-JACKSONVILLE, NC (see NET NEWS 9/28).
