Battaglia Joins WAY-FM Board

WAY-FM MEDIA GROUP (WMG)/COLORADO SPRINGS announces the appointment of industry veteran JOE BATTAGLIA to the WAY-FM Board of Directors.

“I have known JOE for over 20 years, and our board joins me in looking forward to working with JOE in the years to come. He’ll bring a whole new dimension of industry experience to our team,” says WMG Pres. BOB AUGSBURG.

Since 1992, BATTAGLIA has been the Pres. of RENAISSANCE COMMUNICATIONS, a full-service advertising agency and event production company based in NEW JERSEY. Before launching his agency, he spent 18 years at WWDJ/HACENSACK, NJ, including eight years as VP/GM. He also served as VP of WWDJ’s parent company, COMMUNICOM CORP OF AMERICA, from 1990 to 1992. BATTAGLIA served on the board of the GOSPEL MUSIC ASSOCIATION for 20 years and as Chairman of the GMA’S NATIONAL CHRISTIAN RADIO SEMINAR for 14 years.
