  The CHICAGO INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL's 53rd CHICAGO International Television Awards will honor TRIBUNE MEDIA News-Talk WGN-A and independent WGN-TV/CHICAGO entertainment critic DEAN RICHARDS with its CHICAGO Award.
  In a statement obtained by ROBERTFEDER.COM, the festival's MICHAEL KUTZA said that RICHARDS is "a trusted resource for those seeking entertainment reviews and interviews that go beyond the superficial.”
  The honor will be bestowed upon RICHARDS at a MARCH 23rd event at the AMC RIVER EAST 21 in CHICAGO. Advertising icon JOE SEDELMAIER will also be honored with the CHICAGO Legend Award at the event.
