The recent format flip of WEXT/MILWAUKEE to Spanish as WDDW (LA GRAN D), as previously reported on ALL ACCESS, has been followed by the formal sale of the station to BUSTOS MEDIA for $10.2 million cash. The deal is projected for a fourth quarter 2005 or early first quarter 2006 closing.
