CITADEL Rock WQXA (THE X)/HARRISBURG PD KEN CARSON has been upped to OM of the entire five-station cluster, which also includes Adult Hits WMHX, Country WCAT, Country WIOV, and Sports WIOV-A. CARSON will add day-to-day PD duties for WMHX, while retaining programming duties at WQXA.
