ALL ACCESS has learned that DARRYL HUCKABY, who was VP of Operations for RADIO ONE’s syndicated RUSS PARR MORNING SHOW, has resigned his position. Previously, HUCKABY had also served as PD for RADIO ONE Urban WKYS/WASHINGTON. The company has not named a successor.
