WIBC And WFNI/Indianapolis Sets Special Indianapolis 500 'Tales From The Track' Event

EMMIS News-Talk WIBC and Sports WFNI-A-WIBC-HD3-W228CX-W298BB (ESPN 107.5 AND 1070 THE FAN)/INDIANAPOLIS will hold a special event for the INDIANAPOLIS 500 this year, "Tales from the Track," at the INDIANAPOLIS MOTOR SPEEDWAY MUSEUM.
The ticketed event (at $95 per person including appetizers, soft drinks, and door prize drawings), on MAY 23rd, will include a viewing of the closest finish in race history, the 1992 win by AL UNSER JR. over SCOTT GOODYEAR, but will get a live account of the race from UNSER and GOODYEAR themselves, moderated by IMS historian DONALD DAVIDSON with WIBC's TERRI STACY enabling questions from the audience.
“The finish of the 1992 INDIANAPOLIS 500 is one of the most iconic moments in the 108-year history of the INDIANAPOLIS MOTOR SPEEDWAY,” said IMS FOUNDATION Executive Director BETSY SMITH. “The INDIANAPOLIS MOTOR SPEEDWAY MUSEUM is proud to partner with EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS to offer fans a chance to celebrate the 25th anniversary of this historic event surrounded by some of the most famous machines in the history of the BRICKYARD.”
