Anthony Cumia Calls In To 'Hoppe Hour,' Ponders Possibility Of Working With Opie In Future

TAMPA-based podcaster RYAN HOPPE got ANTHONY CUMIA on his "HOPPE HOUR" show to talk about whether CUMIA, fired from SIRIUSXM's "OPIE AND ANTHONY" after a Twitter rant in 2014, can foresee working with his former on-air partner GREGG "OPIE" HUGHES again.

CUMIA told HOPPE he would like to work with OPIE again "in some capacity" but the O&A show "is done, it ran its course ... to tell you the truth, we couldn't do the O&A show again."  He added that "there's no denying that when we start yappin' about whatever the hell we're going to be talking about, something happens, you know, it's something natural, and people over the years have seemed to enjoy it, so, you know, that's still there. But like I said, we couldn't recreate the OPIE AND ANTHONY show, but there's definitely opportunities for us to work together in some capacity and put out something I think would be really, really good, so, you know, that's open."
