iHEARTMEDIA Country WSIX (THE BIG 98)/NASHVILLE will host the fifth annual "SONGS & STORIES FOR ST. JUDE" live concert and auction at CITY WINERY on WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5th. Songwriters for the event will include CHRIS DESTEFANO, BRETT JAMES, JESSI ALEXANDER, HILLARY LINDSEY, RIVERS RUTHERFORD, and MARCUS HUMMON. Other special guests will be announced at a later date. A silent auction will take place throughout the event featuring items signed and donated by Country artists as well as Country music experiences. All proceeds from ticket sales and silent auction purchases will be donated directly to ST. JUDE CHILDREN'S RESEARCH HOSPITAL.

"'SONGS & STORIES FOR ST. JUDE' is an exchange of gifts," said WSIX midday host AMY PAIGE. "The songwriters share their gift of storytelling, the fans give back by showing genuine appreciation, and families at ST. JUDE receive free treatment and the gift of hope - that one day all children will live in a world free of cancer."
