  DICK CLARK PRODUCTIONS has named TODD WAKS SVP/Strategic Alliances, DEADLINE.COM reports. Most recently CEO of strategic brand marketing agency ENTERTAINMENT ALLIANCES, WAKS will now spearhead brand revenue initiatives for shows such as AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS and DICK CLARK’S NEW YEAR’S ROCKIN’ EVE WITH RYAN SEACREST, among others.
  
  He will be based at the company’s SANTA MONICA headquarters and will report to Pres. MIKE MAHAN.
