NABOB and The NABOB TELECOMMUNICATIONS EDUCATION AND MANAGEMENT FOUNDATION have expanded NABOB's 2017 FALL Conference Team with the addition of Mrs. TIJUAN GRAY MINOR and Mr. M. EAIN CHAPPELL.

NABOB Pres. JIM WINSTON said, "I am pleased to bring TIJUAN GRAY MINOR on as our Strategic Marketing Advisor to assist in the growth and expansion of our conferences and to accelerate NABOB's brand partnerships throughout the advertising community.  TIJUAN's 20+ years of progressive experience at the national advertising level in radio/TV broadcasting, cable TV and digital outlets, will help strengthen the Association, while building profitable relationships with numerous FORTUNE 500 Brands, for years to come."

EAIN CHAPPELL will be joining our FOUNDATION team as its Education Program Coordinator to assist in the development of the NABOB FOUNDATION's future sales/marketing and programmatic educational programs.  When I met EAIN at his MEDIA SALES INSTITUTE graduation six years ago, I said, that young man is going places.  Little did I know that, he had a desire to give back to NABOB for funding his MSI scholarship.  Now, I get to work with him, and I am looking forward to it."

TIJUAN's resume includes; VP/Director of Urban Radio for KATZ RADIO GROUP, Account Manager with NICK AT NITE/TVLAND NETWORKS, VIACOM/MTV NETWORKS, and VP/GM for TCI MEDIA SERVICES in WASHINGTON, D.C.

For the past 2-years, EAIN served as the Director of Events for THE NATIONAL SALES NETWORK ORGANIZATION.  His career experience includes; National Sales Assistant at KATZ MEDIA GROUP, BBDO, FITZGERALD CO. and the GEORGIA STATE LOTTERY.  EAIN holds a Business Administration and Marketing degree from MOREHOUSE COLLEGE.
