  Longtime WSLI-A/JACKSON, MS radio personality "FARMER JIM" NEAL, died WEDNESDAY in CLINTON, MS after a long illness at 83.
  NEAL joined WSLI in 1947 and stayed there for 50 years, retiring in 1997 after hosting mornings for many years. He also serves as a member of the MISSISSIPPI House of Representatives for two terms, 1960-1968 and 1972-1984.
