Four employees at PUBLIC RADIO PARTNERSHIP have exited in a shakeup at the LOUISVILLE noncommercial station operator, according to the LOUISVILLE COURIER-JOURNAL. 

VP/Programming and Marketing MICHAEL BRIGHT, HR Dir. IDA SIMS, Interim Dir. of Development SUSAN RITTER, and Production Dir. JEFF LEONARD have exited, with new Pres. DONOVAN REYNOLDS indicating that BRIGHT's job was an "unnecessary level of bureaucracy" and the company didn't need a fulltime HR director. 

PRP operates WFPL, WFPK & WUOL/LOUISVILLE.
