GAYLA HENDREN MCKENZIE is selling Variety KBVA (VARIETY 106.5)/BELLA VISTA-FAYETTEVILLE, AR to JAY BUNYARD's HOG RADIO, INC. for $1.15 million.

In other filings with the FCC, ROCKING M MEDIA, LLC is entering CALIFORNIA with the purchase of News-Talk KMET-A/BANNING, CA and K259BJ/EL CENTRO, CA (to be K259BJ/BANNING, CA) from BANNING RADIO, LLC for an undisclosed price.

HOOSIER AM/FM, LLC has applied for an STA to operate Sports WIOU-A (ESPN 1350)/KOKOMO, IN's directional patterns at variance with the license due to "damage to its buried transmission and sample lines and antenna system control cables as the result of a misadventure by an unassociated excavating contractor."

MAX MEDIA's MHR LICENSE LLC has filed for an STA to operate Sports WVSP-F (ESPN RADIO 94.1)/YORKTOWN-NORFOLK, VA from an emergency antenna, the auxiliary antenna of Classic Hits WVBW (92.9 THE WAVE)/SUFFOLK, VA, after damage to the main antenna made it inoperable.

SUMMIT BROADCASTING GROUP, LLC has applied for an STA to temporarily operate KBNW-A/BEND, OR from a longwire antenna at the station's studios, stretched from the STL tower to a tree 100 feet away, after its tower site was sold by the owner for development and the tower was dismantled.

EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION has closed on the purchase of AC WORG (LITE ROCK 100.3)/ELLOREE-ORANGEBURG, SC from GARRIS COMMUNICATIONS, INC. for $338,000 and the purchase of WOHA/ASHTABULA, OH  from MADISON MEDIA PARTNERS for $100,000.

And WRVM, INC. has closed on the sale of Oldies WJMT-A (BLUEJAY 730)/MERRILL, WI to SUNRISE BROADCASTING LLC for $75,000.  WRVM, INC. sold the station, then Classic Country as PATRIOT COUNTRY 730, shortly after closing on its purchase with Classic Rock WMZK (Z104)/MERRILL from QUICKSILVER BROADCASTING LLC for a combined $260,000.
