Price For Radio One-Red Zebra Richmond Deal: $2 Million

The price for RADIO ONE's purchase of Sports WWXT/PRINCE FREDERICK, MD (simulcast of WTEM-A (ESPN 980)/WASHINGTON) and Sports WXGI-A (ESPN 950)/RICHMOND, VA from RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING is $2 million.  The price was undisclosed when the deal was announced last week.  WWXT will to a simulcast of RADIO ONE Urban AC WMMJ (MAJIC 102.3)/BETHESDA-WASHINGTON as of MAY 1st under an LMA; in RICHMOND, WXGI will be simulcast on RADIO ONE News-Talk WTPS-A and W274BX/PETERSBURG, VA.

In other filings with the FCC, WRVM, INC. is selling W267BB/WAUSAU, WI to STATE OF WISCONSIN - EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS BOARD for $46,000.  The translator will rebroadcast WHRM-HD3/WAUSAU, which airs WISCONSIN PUBLIC RADIO's IDEAS NETWORK programming.

VALLEYDALE BROADCASTING, LLC has requested an extension of its Silent STA for KEPZ/COLFAX, LA due to staffing issues.

TOWNSQUARE MEDIA ROCHESTER LICENSE, LLC has applied for an STA to operate KOLM-A/ROCHESTER, MN at reduced power (800 watts) at night due to antenna switching issues.
