The price for RADIO ONE's purchase of Sports WWXT/PRINCE FREDERICK, MD (simulcast of WTEM-A (ESPN 980)/WASHINGTON) and Sports WXGI-A (ESPN 950)/RICHMOND, VA from RED ZEBRA BROADCASTING is $2 million. The price was undisclosed when the deal was announced last week. WWXT will to a simulcast of RADIO ONE Urban AC WMMJ (MAJIC 102.3)/BETHESDA-WASHINGTON as of MAY 1st under an LMA; in RICHMOND, WXGI will be simulcast on RADIO ONE News-Talk WTPS-A and W274BX/PETERSBURG, VA.
