EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION is selling Contemporary Christian KLBF (K-LOVE)/LINCOLN, ND to UNIVERSITY OF NORTHWESTERN - ST. PAUL for $50,000.

In other filings with the FCC, PARTNERS MEDIA INVESTMENTS LLC has requested a Silent STA for WVOV-A/BRIDGEPORT, AL because "we need to reorganize our staffing and we need a competent sales person."  The station plans to acquire an FM translator in hopes of becoming more economically viable.

R3 PARTNERS, LLC has applied for an STA to operate WKLF-A/CLANTON, AL with an emergency wire antenna after selling the previous tower site.

CALVARY CHAPEL OF TWIN FALLS, INC. has filed for an STA to operate KGSF/HUNTSVILLE, AR at reduced power after a lighting strike.

WORLD HARVEST OUTREACH MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL has requested a Silent STA for WTNG-LP/CLEVELAND, TN and DWELLING PLACE CHURCH, INC. has also requested a Silent STA for WTNE-LP/CLEVELAND, TN -- the stations share time and an antenna -- due to trouble with the building roof being unable to support the antenna structure and thus being reduced in height.

And TIM WALKER has closed on the transfer his 50% of III&W BROADCASTING, LLC, licensee of Country KHLB (LONESTAR 102.5) and KZZM/MASON, TX, to 50% partner CHARLES LESLIE "UNCLE CHARLEY" JORDAN III under a settlement agreement of an embezzlement claim against WALKER.  The transfer releases WALKER from any claim for reimbursement of the allegedly embezzled funds.
