Indianapolis Names Street After Late Broadcaster Amos Brown

RADIO ONE Urban AC WTLC (106.7)/INDIANAPOLIS recently teamed up with the city to honor AMOS BROWN by renaming the street where the station is located, to AMOS BROWN MEMORIAL WAY.  The INDIANA BROADCASTERS HALL OF FAMER died in 2015.  (NET NEWS 11/9/15)

PD KELLY MAC told ALL ACCESS, "Unfortunately, I didn't know AMOS personally but as the new leader of WTLC FM & AM I was very familiar with his name, tremendous accomplishments, and various contributions to the INDIANAPOLIS community.  His name lives on in this city and  dedicating & renaming a street after him speaks volumes of the legacy he leaves behinds.  We should all hope to be remembered & respected like this when we are no longer here.
