iHEARTMEDIA Country WEGX (EAGLE 92.9)/FLORENCE, SC has replaced morning duo MUDFLAP & PALMER with PREMIERE NETWORKS syndicated "BOBBY BONES SHOW" effective TODAY (5/1). RANDY "MUDFLAP" WILCOX and ED PALMER had been with the station for 14 and 18 years, respectively, teaming for mornings in MARCH 2013 (NET NEWS 3/27/13).

PALMER also served as PD for the station, while WILCOX handled APD/MD chores. iHEARTMEDIA/FLORENCE, SC SVP/Programming DENIS DAVIS will now handle programming for WEGX. Reach him here.
