Warner Bros. Records Names Carlos Ogando Sr. National Urban & Rhythm Promotion Director

CARLOS OGANDO has returned to WARNER BROS. RECORDS, where he has been appointed Sr. National Urban & Rhythm Promotion Director. Most recently Urban & Rhythm Promotion at ENTERTAINMENT ONE, OGANDO reports to SVP/Rhythm, Urban & Hip-Hop Promotion & Strategy LEE L'HEUREUX.

 “'LOS has incredible skills and ability to work creatively and successfully with artists and radio. I’ve known him for many years and couldn’t be more excited to bring him back home to WARNER BROS. RECORDS as we expand the Rhythm/Urban radio team," L'HEUREUX said.

"I look forward to working with all of the extraordinary new and established artists under the excellent leadership of CAMERON STRANG, PETER GRAY and LEE L'HEUREUX."
