WEBG/Chicago Morning Man Remy Misses Work To Run Laps Around Chicagoland Speedway

iHEARTMEDIA Country WEBG (BIG 95.5)/CHICAGO morning co-host REMY missed work this morning (5/9) to run laps around the CHICAGOLAND SPEEDWAY with MCA NASHVILLE artist JOSH TURNER. At least, that's what REMY thought he would be doing. The morning guy misunderstood an email from WEBG PD STEVE STEWART asking the morning team of MASON, REMY, and ALABAMA to be prepared to make an announcement about which Country artist would be performing at the SPEEDWAY for the upcoming "TALES OF THE TURTLES 400" pre-race concert on SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 17th.

REMY took the email at face value and assumed he was to meet TURNER at the SPEEDWAY for the announcement. Turns out, he was wrong; he wasn't supposed to run those 95 laps around the SPEEDWAY track, either, apparently.
