WBUZ-HD3-W235BW (ESPN 94.9 Game 2)/Nashville Adds Weekly Soccer Show

CROMWELL Sports WBUZ-HD3-W235BW (ESPN 94.9 GAME 2)/NASHVILLE is adding a SATURDAY morning soccer show in partnership with NASHVILLE SC, the city's upcoming franchise in the USL.  The show, "NASHVILLE SOCCER INSIDERS," will air SATURDAYS at 8a (CT) MAY 13th through JULY 22nd.

Producer JULIAN COUNCIL will host the show with different NASHVILLE SC personnel as co-hosts each week, and the station will also air a NASHVILLE SC U23 match at a date to be determined.  NASHVILLE SC is scheduled to begin play in the USL in 2018; its U23 amateur side begins play this SATURDAY at VANDERBILT STADIUM.

“This show will allow NASHVILLE SC to engage our fans directly and help bring more people to the sport,” said NASHVILLE SC VP of Marketing and Communications JAMES CANNON. “This summer is filled with soccer events in MUSIC CITY, so having a platform to speak about everything going on with our club, the city and the sport is fantastic. 102.5 THE GAME and 94.9 GAME 2 have been great supporters of NSC from day one, and we look forward to making this show a success.”
