New Radio, TV Ad Rules For Florida Lawyers

FLORIDA lawyers have new advertising rules to follow, and that means they'll have to get all radio and TV ads approved by the FLORIDA BAR before they air. 

The state SUPREME COURT said THURSDAY (11/2) that bar preapproval is necessary before the ads run, a change in the previous procedure that required bar appoval but allowed attorneys to start running the ads at their own risk before getting the go-ahead from the bar.
