REGENT COMMUNICATIONS third-quarter net broadcast revenues rose 0.3% to $21.2 million, and net income fell from $1.4 million to $0.8 million (3 to 2 cents/share), although 2006's numbers include a 3 cent/share one-time loss due to the sale of three PEORIA stations.

The company expects fourth-quarter net revenues of about $25.4 million-$25.8 million (same-station up 5%-7%) and earnings per share of 11 cents.
