Betsy Rader, Wife Of Veteran Promo Rep Dave Watson, To Run For Congress In Ohio

Betsy Rader

BETSY RADER, married to longtime CLEVELAND-based radio promotion rep DAVE WATSON, has announced her candidacy for U.S. CONGRESS in OHIO DISTRICT 14.  She is running on a platform for WASHINGTON to "put people first and to give ordinary people a voice in government."
 
The OHIO native grew up in a family headed by a single divorced mother of four.  Working nights and weekends, she graduated from OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY and then YALE LAW SCHOOL.  She has spent her life advocating for people and for causes big and small in NORTHEAST OHIO.
 
RADER is currently a civil rights attorney,and previously served as Director of GEAUGA COUNTY's child advocacy program for abused children, practiced as Senior Counsel at the CLEVELAND CLINC, and recently worked at the CENTERS for MEDICARE and MEDICAID SERVICES.
