"S-TOWN" jumped to the number one position in its second month on PODTRAC's ranking of the Top 20 podcasts for APRIL 2017, ranked by unique U.S. monthly audience. The widely publicized show knocked parent podcast "THIS AMERICAN LIFE" from the top slot. "STUFF YOU MISSED IN HISTORY CLASS" fell out of the Top 10, but NPR's "THE DAILY" debuted at number 12, right behind another daily morning news roundup, the NEW YORK TIMES' "THE DAILY."

The complete APRIL list (with the usual caveat that the rankings are determined by a proprietary PODTRAC algorithm that tracks shows using the system but tracks others only with "publicly available data," which may not include all podcasts):
