UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY sports will air on LARRY H. MILLER SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT Sports KZNS-A-F (1280 THE ZONE)/SALT LAKE CITY under a new deal between the station and rights holder LEARFIELD's AGGIE SPORTS PROPERTIES. THE ZONE will air AGGIE football and men's basketball and coaches' shows, while women's basketball will be streamed live on the Internet.
“This partnership with LARRY H. MILLER SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT will give UTAH STATE Athletics more control over advertising, coaches’ shows locations, and overall production of each broadcast,” said USU VP/Dir. of Athletics JOHN HARTWELL. “This will also give USU Athletics additional advertising opportunities throughout CACHE VALLEY and the WASATCH FRONT to promote AGGIE Athletics.”
“THE ZONE SPORTS NETWORK has been a radio partner of UTAH STATE Athletics for the past six years,” said LARRY H. MILLER SPORTS & ENTERTAINMENT SVP of Broadcasting JEREMY CASTRO. “We are thrilled to further our relationship and expand our coverage as the broadcast home and flagship station for the AGGIES.”
