"I cared a lot about the business - loved it, ate it, breathed it. Always trying to do the best job I possibly could, and was very pleased to know that I hopefully impacted and helped foster positive aspects, whether through simple things such as an aircheck to help improve a part-time talent to help turn them into full-time, or help programmers on a bigger level. I learned a lot from all of those people too; that was the cool thing about it."
