WYEP/Pittsburgh Summer Music Festival Returns

PITTSBURGH COMMUNITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION Triple A WYEP returns with its 20th annual SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL.

It takes place SATURDAY, JUNE 24th at SCHENLEY PLAZA.  It is free to the public. The lineup features BLACK JOE LEWIS AND THE HONEYBEARS and THE MARCUS KING BAND, with local musicians THE BUCKLE DOWNS, THE FORTUNATES, TUPELO & JEREMY and NIGHT FROG.

“This year marks the 20th anniversary of WYEP’s SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL and we wanted to present a lineup that underscores the importance we place on serving and promoting the region's cultural diversity,” said WYEP GM ABBY GOLDSTEIN. “We are proud and excited to present these extremely talented local musicians alongside top notch national touring acts.”
