Wyoming Station Owner Reorganizes For Estate Purposes

ALAN and FAITH HARRIS' FAITH BROADCASTING CORPORATION transfers Hot AC KYCS (KICKS FM)/ROCK SPRINGS, WY to WAGONWHEEL COMMUNICATIONS CORP., which is also controlled by the HARRISES, for estate planning purposes.

WAGONWHEEL, which owns three other stations in GREEN RIVER, WY, is owned 100% by ALAN HARRIS, but will now be split 51%-49% between revocable grantor trusts for ALAN and FAITH HARRIS, respectively, leaving ALAN HARRIS in control.
