Star Raises 1 Mill Plus

LINCOLN FINANCIAL Top 40 WSTR (STAR 94)/ATLANTA raised a record $1,215,834 in its fourth annual "STAR 94 CARES FOR KIDS RADIOTHON" to benefit CHILDREN’S HEALTHCARE OF ATLANTA.

STAR 94's morning show STEVE & VIKKI and afternooners CINDY & RAY hosted the marathon three-day broadcast to raise money and awareness for this premier non-profit children's hospital including the SCOTTISH RITE, EGLESTON, and HUGHES SPAULDING facilities. All of the money raised will remain in ATLANTA and will be used only for patient care.
