MARK JORGENSON's ACM JCE IV B LLC is selling KBXD-A/DALLAS to HAMMOND BROADCASTING GROUP, LLC for $600,000 plus a time brokerage agreement before closing.   The station, acquired by JORGENSON from the bankrupt JAMES CRYSTAL RADIO operation in 2015,, dropped its brokered South Asian format in APRIL, running a loop of solicitations for leasing before airing Spanish Religion programming in late MAY.

In other filings with the FCC, CENTRO FAMILIAR CRISTIANO has applied for a Silent STA for K258BJ/EVERETT, WA due to interference issues.

GENUINE AUSTIN RADIO, LP has closed on the sale of Country KTAE-A/AUSTIN, TX to DARYL O'NEAL's TOWNSHIP MEDIA, LLC for $750,000.

UNIVISION has closed on the merger of its individual radio licensees into three entities, with the lion's share of stations going into UNIVISION RADIO ILLINOIS, INC., while four SAN FRANCISCO stations and three in TEXAS have moved into UNIVISION RADIO SAN FRANCISCO, INC. and one in TEXAS has been placed under TICHENOR LICENSE CORPORATION in a pro forma deal restructuring the company from sixteen radio licensees to three.

And JUBILATION MINISTRIES, INC, licensee of Religion WSTM (91.3FM THE MESSAGE)/KIEL, WI; Adult Standards WJUB-A (1420AM THE BREEZE)/PLYMOUTH, WI;  and W277BR/SHEBOYGAN, WI, has closed on its merger with EVANGEL MINISTRIES, INC., licensee of Religion WEMI/ (THE FAMILY)APPLETON, WI; Religion WEMY (THE FAMILY)/GREEN BAY, WI; Religion WGNV (THE FAMILY)/MILLADORE, WI; W269AZ/FOND DU LAC, WI; W231AS/ANTIGO, WI; W238BC/MANITOWOC. WI; W269BG/RIPON, WI; and W297AK/WAUPACA, WI.  EVANGEL is the surviving corporate entity.

The Commission also cancelled the license and dismissed the renewal application of TAYLOR BROADCASTING CO. for WJTB-A/NORTH RIDGEVILLE, OH due to a "red light" fee payment delinquency.
