WESTWOOD ONE and POP RADIO (POINT OF PURCHASE RADIO) announced an agreement by which WESTWOOD ONE will add K-MART stores to the POP RADIO in-store advertising inventory. This addition to the network brings the total number of stores in POP RADIO’s national coverage to over 7,800 stores.
"This is a very exciting addition to the coverage with our in-store audio network," said WESTWOOD ONE CMO ROBY WIENER. "K-MART adds an important dynamic by delivering audio at the point-of-purchase to a key mass merchandiser where both packaged goods brands and consumer durables are sold."
